INSTRUSTION/TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Supreme Medicolegal Consultancy Services is Private Medicolegal Firm which is an integrated academic and professional platform bridging the interface of medicine and law.
- Guidance, support, assist, advice, opinion, report given by the members of consultancy services is totally given on their experience, knowledge and their expertise, acceptance/non acceptance of the decision/opinion will be total discretion of beneficiary.
- Guidance, support, assist, advice, opinion, report, given to beneficiary when use to support your case and when court asked or summons us for evidence deposition, then beneficiary will /liable to pay extra fees separately including transport allowance.
- Chairman,Legal advisors,Legal Consultant,and Faculty expert pannel members will not be responsible/liable for any given opinion,report,on whatever consequence happens in use of their opinion/report issued by expert members of consultancy service now and in future.
- Consealing of any Information or non submission of any documents during consultancy servises, members of consultancy, will not be responsible once the opinion given by our expert.Hence submit required all documents in time.
- Availing of any service of our consultancy the beneficiary first has to login thru mail id after reading our instruction/Terms & Condition and accepting our undertaking letter.
- New login is accepted after paying login fees of Rs.499/-(Rupees Four hundred nintynine only),then submitting your personal information followed by your medicolegal querry,and uploading your documents/case records.
- Before issuing of final opinion/guidance by expert members of consultancy, the beneficiary has to pay final fees as per decided by the Chairman of Consultancy services,which will be intimated in advance.After payment the final opinion will be submitted to beneficiary. Fees once paid are not refundable.
- One beneficiary one login,no multiple beneficiary will ask any querry on same login.
- If beneficiary want to have one to one meeting /visit then separate fees will be charged.
- After submission of querry and documents,Chairman will initimate the beneficiary, time of opinion or report submission,either immediate or what time it will taken,which will depends on querry wise/case wise.
- Beneficiary wants their hospital/Institute to avail Medicolegal Pannelist services,then seprate MOU will undertaken,and terms and conditions will be Intimated separately.
- All correspondance will be thru mail only and not by any other media.Case No.alloted to you during login will have to be use in every correspondence.
